MML sales Care Plan has been created to care for equipment and services with proactive management rather than reacting to equipment failure and costly replacement at unpredicted times.
Care Plan includes an inventory and assessment of all the customers A.V. equipment, whether projectors, plasma screens, interactive whiteboards or control systems bought to date and from any supplier.
Care Plan identifies:
- Product warranty status and validity (e.g. grey import)
- Life expectancy for replacement parts (e.g. failure rates)
- Consumable requirements (e.g. lamp costs) whilst doing basic maintenance checks
- Cost effective replacement and enhancement
