No, we are happy to look at any project and advise our clients of the best way forward and quote appropriately for free.
What guarantee do you offer?
We guarantee our installation work for 5 years. Please note individual manufacturers guarantees may differ from product to product for standalone equipment.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we have public liability insurance and are fully insured.
Will the price quoted change?
At MML sales, we will agree a cost with the client and that cost does not change unless the scope of works changes significantly.
Can MML sales invoice us for work, services or equipment?
At MML sales we have a strict payment policy –
Private work (residential) is carried out on a payment on completion agreement, unless specified.
Commercial work is carried out on a proforma (payment with order) agreement unless specified. Please note, should your company require terms, please specify request before engagement of works. Account terms are considered for customers with ongoing works. Larger installations are normally carried out under a staged payment agreement.
